Surveys
- Qualitative and quantitative, customizable surveys are available
online and via email. Admin.'s and stakeholders create them thru built-in
templates.
Survey questions can be weighted to reflect what is more important to the
company. Surveys are automatically generated to go to and/or be available for
each person in shipping, QC, product development, engineering, purchasing
departments, etc.,
who have touch-points with the supplier. Data on KPI achievement, quality, DPM
rate, lot acceptance rate, customer service, are gathered here and from the
back-end data warehouse, custom or ERP systems. Surveys roll-up into Monthly, quarterly
and annual supplier category reports and supplier scorecards. Weighting
components in the surveys are determined by the sourcing group or other
stakeholders. Scorekeeper's Supplier Recognition Program awards points
to overachieving suppliers.
Supplier Reliability Reports - are db compilations of a supplier's reliability
in specific quality, service, delivery and price areas. This report is a visual
representation of data gleaned from surveys and ERP information and reflects
over time how a supplier has scored on any measurable deliverable. This
compilation rolls-up into the supplier's scorecard and can also be sent to the
supplier to show deficiencies against KPI's and non-compliance to SLA's or contract
requirements.
Scorecards
- provide an accurate visual representation of a suppliers
performance against standard and company specific KPI's. The Scorecard is the
compilation of all performance data on the supplier and is viewable 24 x 7.
Scorecards also show graphs and trend lines and can be used as actionable
alerts for suppliers whose performance is deficient in any area. Scorecards can be used
to show suppliers why they are in the "preferred", "standard", or "non-"preferred" supplier category, or why they earned bonus recognition points toward their
